Hi! My name is Natalie Bulgier. I was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on January 10, 2015. I was lucky enough to be blessed by the examples of two good friends who grew up in this church. After admitting my curiousity about the Gospel, they asked me to tag along one Sunday. Since then, it has felt as though I never left. I was attracted to the humility, grace, and joy of the people there. Immediately, I found a home in a place I would have never thought to look. My conversion has been a whirlwind ever since. After casually accepting an invitation to meet with the missionaries, I started to read the Book of Mormon and felt something that had fled my life for quite some time, it was peace.
It had only been a year later when I decided I needed to serve a mission. I think I was the most surprised by this decision. Every day I’m learning, growing, and progressing in the Gospel in ways I never would have imagined. I’m so grateful for the divine organization of this church and the precious doctrine that bounds the answers to my prayers. I knew I needed to serve a mission because I understand what its like to live with the feeling that someting is missing. I want to have a hand in the work that has the power to change someone’s life. I want people to experience the change of heart that I did, I want people to have a chance at a fresh start, and I especially want people to have a source of hope when they find themselves lost in darkness. It’s because of what this Gospel did for me, that inspired me to serve.
These are the stories of my life as a sister missionary. I hope you enjoy them!
